As part of the agreement, BrightDrive will integrate AutoCore’s proven Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform into its proprietary ADAS and Autonomous Driving (AD) technologies. This collaboration will strengthen BrightDrive’s ability to deliver scalable, safety-critical solutions tailored for commercial fleets, including buses and trucks. By combining AutoCore’s modular and standards-compliant software components with BrightDrive’s deep domain expertise, the partnership will accelerate the development and deployment of intelligent, connected, and autonomous systems in the region.
AutoCore will provide functionally safe, modular software components to support the joint development of a next-generation SDV platform that seamlessly integrates with BrightDrive’s autonomous driving stack. BrightDrive will leverage its regional presence and customer network in the Middle East to promote integrated solutions based on AutoCore’s technology. Both companies will jointly pursue customer projects, particularly in the electric and autonomous vehicle domains.
